The Cima Imaging Platform offers a comprehensive service to laboratories when acquiring, interpreting and quantifying project images. It provides a service for the acquisition and quantitative analysis of microscopic and non-invasive imaging in laboratory animals.
It has state-of-the-art experimental technology for precision imaging. Among the technologies available are confocal laser microscopy, spinning disk confocal microscopy, epifluorescence microscopy, automated brightfield microscopy for the acquisition of histological slides, high-resolution X-ray microCT-computed axial tomography, high-resolution ultrasound, and bioluminescence and fluorescence imaging in whole animals.
In addition, he collaborates in the development of research projects in image analysis and scientific visualization techniques applied to the strategic areas of Cima.
