Research coordination ensures communication and cooperation between preclinical and clinical researchers, aligning projects with scientific and clinical objectives. Project development is monitored, promoting synergies between groups and internal and external collaborations, optimizing resources such as equipment, technical services, and personnel.
In addition, progress is monitored and evaluated, education and training activities are promoted, funding opportunities are supported to ensure sustainability, and scientific dissemination is coordinated through reports, publications, and presentations.
