LSM 800 Confocal Scanning Laser Microscope
The Confocal microscope allows observing the plane that is located at the focus point, eliminating optically through a diaphragm or "pinhole", the light coming from other planes.
It has a motorized stage and is equipped with four diode laser lines 405, 488, 561, 640, and three high sensitivity detectors and Airyscan detector for SUPERRESOLUTION (1.7 times higher than conventional confocal).
Preferably used for studies of marker colocalization, three-dimensional study of samples and in certain materials allows imaging of the sample surface by reflection.

LSM 880 Multiphoton Microscope
Multiphoton technology reduces phototoxicity in the samples observed by exciting only in the focal plane, facilitating the observation of thicker samples and being the ideal method for intravital microscopy imaging (visualization of biological processes in vivo). It enables the acquisition of unlabeled samples by second harmonic generation (SHG).
Equipped with five laser lines (Argon multiline 458/488/514 nm, HeNe 543 and 633 nm) and a Ti:Sa laser with a variable range from 690 nm to 1040 nm. It has five detectors that enable multichannel capture in both confocal and multiphoton modes.
The equipment has an "objective inverter" (LSM Tech Objective Inverter,) which facilitates acquisitions with live specimens.
