Professional career

Bachelor’s Degree (1990) and PhD (1998) in Biological Sciences from the University of Valencia. Completed his doctoral thesis at the Institute for Cytological Research of Valencia and carried out postdoctoral stays in the Departments of Hematology and Medical Oncology at the University Clinical Hospital of Valencia and in the Department of Immunology at Marqués de Valdecilla Hospital in Santander.

  • Development of therapeutic cell-based products.

  • Production of cell therapy medicinal products under European Union Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.
