Management Control and Improvement Initiatives

The Management Control and Improvement Initiatives Service supports the management of Cima Universidad de Navarra in decision-making through economic and activity analysis. It also coordinates management services and monitors internal projects, contributing to the efficiency and sustainability of the organization.

This service prepares economic and activity reports, supervises cross-cutting initiatives and strategic projects, identifies risks and opportunities for improvement, and collaborates in the implementation of organizational plans and objectives.
