Project information
The cardiovascular component plays a very important role in COVID-19, whose final consequences are still unknown, being both a risk factor and a determinant in the prognosis and in the subsequent development of sequelae.
The project will be done on study cohorts including more than 400 patients who passed COVID-19 in the first wave of the pandemic, it focuses on investigating the sequelae of SARS-CoV-2 disease in the heart depending on the intensity of infection.
