ALBA Project: Antigens for liver and breast cancer vaccines


Project information

The ALBA Project (Antigens for Liver and Breast Anticancer vaccines) proposes the development of cancer vaccines based on tumor microproteins (MPs) and their clinical implementation. It also aims to establish in Navarra frontier technology in genomics, bioinformatics, mathematics, immunology, molecular biology and chemistry, to transfer the results to the clinic and the business world and to provide Navarra with unique strategies for the treatment of cancer and future pandemics.

Coordinated by the Cima University of Navarra, this consortium is a project funded by the Government of Navarra in its call for Strategic R&D Projects 2024 within the GEMA VIII challenge.
